Your personal data are processed electronically through email, closed-circuit security cameras, and our internal systems.

Personal data in the categories of identity, contact, physical space security, and others are processed based on the legal ground specified in Article 5/2(f) of the Law:
“Provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed, data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller”, for the following purposes:

• Controlling entry and exit at company premises, ensuring physical security

• Ensuring the security of company assets

• Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety measures

• Ensuring the security of data controller operations

 

In addition, your personal data in the categories listed above are processed based on the legal grounds in Articles 5/2(a) and 5/2(ç) of the Law:
“Explicitly provided for by law” and “Necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations”, for the purposes of:
